Adaline Arnold, B.A. is a Research Assistant at the American Institutes for Research (AIR), where she supports research, evaluation, and technical assistance projects to improve outcomes for all students, with a focus on those with disabilities. Since joining AIR in 2021, she has contributed to projects including the Integrated MTSS Fidelity Rubric (IMFR) and the Massachusetts Early Education and Care Preschool Curriculum Review Rubric. Her work spans data management and analysis, development of training and technical assistance materials, qualitative coding, literature reviews, and report writing.

Arnold brings expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, with experience in data systems development, survey design, structured and semi-structured interviews, and implementation monitoring. She also has five years of experience in participant recruitment across research, community outreach, and nonprofit fundraising. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Political Science from Boston University.
