Sydney Rondeau, M.Ed (she/her) is the Academic Success and Enrichment Specialist for the Transition Options in Postsecondary Settings (TOPS) program at The Ohio State University, an inclusive postsecondary education program for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, she supports students’ academic and personal growth by fostering independence, self-advocacy, and inclusive learning opportunities.

Rondeau is also pursuing a PhD in Special Education at The Ohio State University, where her research focuses on inclusive postsecondary education, self-determination, sexual health education, and the experiences of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

She earned a Master of Education in Special Education from The Ohio State University in 2023 and a Bachelor of Science in Mild to Intensive Special Education from Kent State University in 2022.
